INNdulgence is our way of saying thank you to our loyal customers; the more you go and enjoy our Jersey pubs and brasseries the more points you will get on your statements.
Points are awarded at a rate of 2 for every £1 spent over the bar and 5 per £1 spent on food. Four times per year we will send you INNdulgence vouchers to spend in our pubs and brasseries to the value of the points that you have collected so long as you have collected at least 500 points. Any unredeemed points will be rolled forward to the next collecting period.
INNdulging is easy - simply download your application form (below) , fill in the details and send it to:

Data Protection Statement
We would like to use your details from the application form, plus details on how you use your INNdulgence Card and what you buy in our pubs, to
• Help manage the Liberation Group INNdulgence Card and improve the way we run the scheme
• Understand our customers’ eating habits to improve our service and menus
• Unless you indicate otherwise, contact you with offers and information about products and services of interest to you and your family.
We may share your details among Liberation Group companies (e.g. Victor Hugo Wines) and any businesses that may process INNdulgence Card information on our behalf (e.g. printers who need certain details to print our mailings).
We may also use and share information relating to groups of customers, without identifying individuals, to learn more about customer behaviour and find ways of enhancing our service.
The Scheme
1. The Liberation Group INNdulgence Card is issued by and remains the property of Liberation Group, who reserves the right to decline issue or withdraw the card or points at any time, or to alter or amend the condition of operation of the INNdulgence Card scheme, or to terminate the scheme at any time without notice.
2. All participants in the Liberation Group INNdulgence Card scheme must be resident in the Channel Islands and aged 18 years or over.
3. The INNdulgence Card is not transferable, and can only be used by the person to whom the card was issued.
4. Members may be removed from the scheme at any time at the discretion of Liberation Group
5. Your Liberation Group INNdulgence Card can only be used at designated Liberation Group pubs and other promotional partners who may from time to time be part of the scheme. Your Liberation Group INNdulgence Card cannot be used as a credit card or a guarantee card.
6. The INNdulgence Card scheme is only for consumer use. INNdulgence Cards cannot be used for any transaction where the beneficiary is a business and/or the owners of businesses.
Points
To earn points for a transaction in our pubs, your Liberation Group INNdulgence Card must be presented at the time you pay your bill.
1. Points will not be given for purchases made at any vending machines in the pubs. Other items may also be excluded from the scheme at the discretion of Liberation Group.
2. You must spend at least £1 in a single transaction for the transaction to qualify for points. Then two points will be awarded for every £1 that is spent on bar purchases including table wine, five points per £1 spent on all food including teas, and coffees. This can be altered at the discretion of Liberation Group
3. The current redemption value of points is one point equals one penny. Liberation Group reserves the right to vary the rate at any time.
4. Where points can be earned at any partner companies other Terms and Conditions may apply, please check with our partners for further details.
Vouchers
Rewards, in the form of Liberation Group INNdulgence Card Vouchers, will be mailed with a Statement to the customers who have accumulated at least 500 points by the end of each collecting period.
1. Collecting periods may vary.
2. The level of reward given will be based on the total number of points that a member has earned by the end of the last day of a collecting period.
3. Any points that a member has earned that fall between the level of reward and the next level will be “carried over” as the starting balance for the next collecting period.
4. Members who do not reach the minimum number of points needed to qualify for a reward by the end of the collecting period will have their points total “carried over” to the next collecting period.
5. The Liberation Group INNdulgence Card Vouchers and Coupons are and will remain at all times the property of Liberation Group, and may only usually be redeemed at a participating Liberation Group pub in the Channel Islands. However, the Vouchers may be used in exchange for INNdulgence Card Deals up to their face value as specified in the current INNdulgence Card Deals Terms and Conditions, or on other Liberation Group products and services as notified.
6. Liberation Group INNdulgence Card Vouchers can be used up until the expiry date shown on the Vouchers. Vouchers will be redeemable on qualifying purchases at all participating Liberation Group pubs. Vouchers cannot be used to pay for any item supplied via a vending machine and no change will be given from any Voucher or Coupon.
7. Liberation Group INNdulgence Card Vouchers can only be used in the pubs when presented in conjunction with a Liberation Group INNdulgence Card bearing the same number.
General
The promoter of Liberation Group INNdulgence Card is Liberation Group, 19 Royal Square, Jersey, JE2 4WA Channel Islands.
INNdulgence Card is about helping you get more out of your experience at our pubs as well as enjoying what our many partners have to offer.
It's important to us that you're happy with the service that you receive. That's why, when it comes to your privacy, we created the Liberation Group Customer Charter to show you exactly what we do with your personal details.
We would like to reassure you that your details are safe with us and will never be released to companies outside the Liberation Group.
We use your personal details to send you your INNdulgence Card Statement and any Vouchers you've earned, approximately every three months.
We also use your details to send you offers and information on things which might interest you. So, for instance, if you tell us that you're a vegetarian, we'll make sure we update you on any new exciting dishes that may be available through our restaurants.
Of course, if you've told us you don't want Liberation Group to send you any other offers and information; we will only send you your Statement mailing. However, this means you could be missing out on some of the major benefits of INNdulgence Card, such as money-off coupons, party nights and other exclusive offers.
In addition, if you've requested not to be contacted for research, we promise we won't bother you.
If at any time you would like us to stop sending you mailings, please let us know and we will do so immediately.
